• How do we handle duplicate contacts in airtable and multiple phone numbrs and emails fo ra contact
• Can we automatically log ring central calls with zapier?
• Do we log all this data in airtable so that in the future AI can use it?

Flow:

• A new email, text message, or phone call is recorded
• Search Airtable for a matching contact
• If no matching contact stop
• If matching contact found:
• Using matching contact pull clio contact details
• If one matter that is open:
• Log communication to matter
• If no matter is open or multiple matter’s are open:
• Log communication to the contact
