Request: We need a simple Airtable view that compiles everything for payroll. Kelsie is having an issue with data being duplicated in Clio and Airtable for consults (resolved or not). I want to brainstorm with you about this and see how we can make it work. I think you might have already started on this project, though.

Commission:

Mike mentioned that you could create views/automation in Airtable so I can get the total commission due for both Tamara and Liz each cycle. Here is the breakdown of their pay structure:

Tamara:

  • 12% of $250 consults ($30.00)
  • 12% of $350 consults ($42.00)
  • $40 for every retained consult
  • $20 for every positive review left
  • 6% commission of  $250 consults: ($15)

    • LIZ'S

  • 6% commission of  $350 Consults: ($21)

    • LIZ'S

Liz:

  • 8% of $250 consults ($20)
  • 8% of $350 consults ($28)

RULES*

  • Commission is pulled if the consult is refunded. If it was refunded in the next cycle, a chargeback needs to happen. This includes partial refunds as well.

Tasks:

  • 2-3 hours: Create view that calculates all values listed by Kelsie
  • 2-3 hours: Account for chargeback
  • 1 hour: Create interface for Kelsie to easily use and manage

Total time: 5 - 7 hours
