We aim to complete the Legal Intake Chatbot that will be able to handle payments, schedule consults, and finally give conversational responses by the end of the month. This will be an incredible time saving addition to the lead intake system of Hepworth Legal. More than anything it will be fantastic to finally be able to recognize and categorize high value cases and have them automatically schedule free consults.

Outlined & Began Zarah Upgrade Project
Through extensive review and critical thinking we were able to create a Legal Intake Chatbot Flow (diagramed here) that will allow Zarah to collect payments and schedule consults directly in a conversation as well as provide natural conversational responses instead of the current content dump it provides now. We are most excited that our research allowed us to discover, BotPress, a platform that will allow us to build a conversational bot without the need for custom development. Key take aways:

Setup Monthly Hosting & Security Updates
In order to stay proactive and not experience any downtime on HepworthLegal.com OWC took over monthly security, hosting and maintenance of core environments on WPEngine. It was perfect time due to all sites requiring a major update to PHP 8.3 from PHP 8. We also moved all Zaps setup to have error notifications go to team@ow.consulting so that we can handle automation errors.
Migrated Back To Twilio For A2P Compliance
After daily monitoring of the A2P registration Hepworth Legal was finally approved. Once given approval to migrate back from Podium we setup a new staging process in order to prevent any downtime for future updates. We also did a an update to improve the conversation history format to make it easier to read.
Setup Encryption of Manager Data
In order to keep data secure we setup encryption of the data routed into the API middle man between Twilio, Airtable, and Chatbase.

We have not yet documented the automation setup for Hepworth Legal. Quality assurance cannot be implemented until this is done. We recommend allocating some time this month to document the setup, so we can perform quality assurance checks.
