We did a lot last month in a short amount of time.
We strategized, planned, and started 3 different AI integrations to help Hepworth Legal stay ahead of the curve.
- AI Mediation App: With our project HL Mediation App: Hire Developer we helped you hire an expert developer for the specific frameworks you wanted to use, launch a live version of mediation.hepworth.ai. Then with we helped you plan and manage the build of an MVP Mediation App.
- AI Virtual Receptionist: First, with HL: Twilio + GPT + Zapier Lead Intake , we helped you do a rapid launch of GPT into your lead intake using Zapier. We introduced follow-up sequences, reporting metrics and handles the technical side of using Zapier to integrate GPT, Twilio, and Airtable. We also setup HL GPT Reporting and GPT Auto Classification which used GPT to classify it’s own conversations for better reporting and easier management, taking responsibilities away from CSMs. Then after it was setup we outlined and planned Fully integrate AI into Hepworth lead follow-up which gives Hepworth the ability to fully customize how GPT is integrated into it’s lead follow-up and remove the limitations of Zapier. Not only did we plan it but with high prioritization and rapid development we were able to build and prepare a demo by the end of the month which was huge.
- AI Customer Facing Service: With HL Setup Customer Portal on hepworthlegal.com we gave you the ability to turn your website into a user application connected to your H&A Airtable database, giving you infinite possibilites to intake and deliver AI services to users. This coming month we’re excited to build out the first version of this with a Tenant Defense legal service.
Outside of our focus on AI integrations we also finalized our weekly marketing report to a format that can be delivered week over week. We now have accurate numbers on revenue source’s, Elerion solution and resolution rate, and much more. This is a huge step for Hepworth Legal’s lead management on-going.

We have not yet documented the automation setup for Hepworth Legal. Quality assurance cannot be implemented until this is done. We recommend allocating some time this month to document the setup, so we can perform quality assurance checks.
