  • Is 30 minutes of no response a good time to do the follow-up?

Tasklist - Final

  • (1) Create view GPT Conversations - Need Classification that that shows only records that have a Last Interaction Last Modified time value that is 30 minutes ago and has a last action of GPT conversation
  • (2) Setup airtable script that runs as often as possible and pulls all records from the view GPT Conversations - Need Classification and sends the conversation history to zapier webhook
  • (1) Setup and test zap that uses GPT and conversation history to determine what happend in the conversation and then updates last task with the value, the possible values are:
    • GPT Classified - Resolved Legal Issue (use this if the legal issue was resolved in the caht and the user doesn’t needs help)
    • GPT Classified - Needs Follow-up (use this if the lead did not respond)
    • GPT Classified - Unknown (use this if unsure of what to do)
  • (.5) Update Follow-up Tasks to do the following
    • If GPT Classified - Resolved Legal Issue have next task be nothing but mark under a new status that is used for reporting
    • If GPT Classified - Needs Follow-up have next task show the lead in Daily Tasklist and have next steps for Tamara to call and put the lead into no response follow-up sequence
    • If GPT Classified - Unknown have next task show the lead in Daily Tasklist and have next steps for Tamara to automatically review the lead and classify manually
  • (1.5) Update the management metrics and weekly reporting to include a GPT Solution Rate and GPT Conversion Rate
