Last month we achieved
- MVP Mediation App: We managed the build and deployment of the MVP version of an AI powered mediation app using livekitt in time for the investor presentation. On top of this accomplishment we began the work to research and outline what it will take to build a Version 1 of the product. We also helped keep the main developer, Osman, on track to successfully integrate Chatbase.
- Integrate Zarah Directly & Twilio Into Airtable: We removed Zapier and integrated Zarah directly into Airtable to allow for an extreme flexibility of Zarah into the overall follow-up system and allow CSMs to have great control over communicating with leads throgh text, finally removing the need for Podium.
- Built A New Follow-up Sequence: The project above allowed for better conditional follow-ups and we took advantage of this to create the first unique automated follow-up sequence for Personal Injury matter types to schedule a free consultation, something that Hepworth has wanted to acheive for a while.
- Went Live With Zarah Auto Classifications: We started the project last month to automatically classify Zarah conversations after not receiving a response for 20 minutes and at the beginning of the month we went live with it. Now Zarah is automatically putting classifying follow-ups after it doesn’t receive a response in a conversation it is having.
- Finalized Outline Of The On-going Weekly Lead Management Report: We finalized the outline of the weekly marketing reports taking advantage of the tremendous amount of source data and tracking tied to the Clio scripts we’ve built to tie leads to their lifetime value. The first of it’s kind for Hepworth we can now generate useful lead management reports week over week in less than 20 minutes.
- Miscellaneous: We helped take care of a variety of smaller one-off tasks throughout the month like setting up the send retainer document flow, fixing the bugs related to the name convention change and many more which can be found by clicking the link below.
Not setup yet
We have not yet documented the automation setup for Hepworth Legal. Quality assurance cannot be implemented until this is done. We recommend allocating some time this month to document the setup, so we can perform quality assurance checks.
