Last month we achieved
- Connected CallRail Tag automations to Airtable: Connected CallRails tags to Airtable records and setup tasks to be able to parse substrings so that conditional next tasks can be added.
- Created Helpdesk in Airtable: Setup a helpdesk on how to use HL CRM inside of the CRM interface that new hires can access and follow to learn how to use the CRM.
- Built Automated Create Clio Contact, Matter, Activity and Unbillable Activity: Created an Airtable Send To Clio button that when triggered takes the leads data and if they are Retained creates a Clio Contact, Clio Matter, and Clio Activity all linked together with the data and if Not Retained then creates a Clio Activity tied to the matter Hepworth &.Associates-06270-Hepworth Unbillables - Consults
- Created Insufficient Activity Email Automation: Created an airtable automation script that triggers at 6:00 PM each Friday and send a mail to users reminding them that their logged billable hours were less than 33.5 in that particular week and take actions to increase the billable hours
- Finished V1 Mediation App Outline: Created a final outline of the work required to create a usable version 1 of the Elerion Mediation App that is low code and easily customizable by Hepworth that can be presented to investors.
- Created Nolo & Google Ads Campaign Performance Views: Created Google Ads Revenue and Nolo Revenue views which allow for revenue gained to be broken down by campaign and keywords to finally know spend v return. We also setup the notion report to be easily duplicated week over week with little

We have not yet documented the automation setup for Hepworth Legal. Quality assurance cannot be implemented until this is done. We recommend allocating some time this month to document the setup, so we can perform quality assurance checks.
