We are contracted to provide 30 hours of work a month.
This month, we created an ongoing weekly report that can be used to monitor the health of HL's lead intake. To achieve this, we integrated Airtable with the Clio API, connecting matters with the weekly amount billed and matters opened.
Not setup yet
We have not yet documented the automation setup for Hepworth Legal. Quality assurance cannot be implemented until this is done. We recommend allocating some time this month to document the setup, so we can perform quality assurance checks.
