Last month, we fixed the missing PDF file links in Portal Submission emails and added Legacy MA Consulting partner’s details to the portal. There were issues with updating contact information automatically; these have been investigated and resolved. For new businesses, the auto-login problems were addressed, providing them with a smoother onboarding. We made improvements in portal accessibility for both NSM and non-NSM clients. In the Business Sold form, a repetitive question was removed, making submissions easier. Technical glitches, including a redirect issue connected to Renewal form, were sorted out. We ensured the Property form can only be submitted once all fields are filled. For better data management, we revised Zapier automation to direct New Applications and Renewals to a centralized Client sheet. We also added a Renewal link column in the Renewals sheet. The Youth Application form was reviewed, and missing fields were added to submission, while marking the rest as required. And importantly, we set up Aguard with A2P compliance via a provided Twilio link, ensuring we adhere to regulations.

  • Nothing. This was as simple and easy as it could be.
