Last month, we updated the field options in the Property form to improve its functionality. In response to the OTP Email issue, we temporarily removed the security layer from the portal until it is fixed. Additionally, we investigated and corrected the issue related to inaccurate renewal dates in the Renewals V2 sheet. We also addressed the problem of misplaced content on the auto-generated Quote application PDF. To ensure smoother operations, we checked for active contacts running the "Is renewing campaign" and resolved any discrepancies. We made sure that "is-renewing" emails no longer send after the user clicks the link, and finally, we fixed the automation issue causing renewal links to be sent multiple times.

- I find running through the documentation process a little frustrating the UI is not great and sometimes doesn't update when a task is completed. Makes you sign again, etc.
- I still believe the UI for the website is not the best and while the process is not difficult a more streamlined UI/UX would make the system better.

- The online process has too many buttons and they are not organized in a linear fashion. I would suggest keeping all tasks in one tab and requiring that each task be completed successfully before advancing to another one. In other words, I clicked on buttons that caused me to start all over again and I had to repeatedly get new codes sent to my email address to sign back in and complete the next task. I hope that makes sense.
