Description: In order to reduce time to launch and overall costs to develop what is outlined here is the bare minimum to turn mediation.elerion.ai into a functioning mediator for multiple parties. We will leave core security, payments, user management to Airtable and Wordpress to allow for extreme flexibility as users interact with V1 of the product and more is learned on how to improve it.

Very Rough Time Estimate: ~6-10 weeks of work (2-4 weeks research + 4-6 weeks development) if 2-3 people are working on it at the same time, full-time. *

Goals

• Elerion able to truly mediate and respond as a mediator as well as handle the mediation in a structured manor
• Ability to provide information about the situation before the mediation for Elerion to use to guide conversation
• Multiple meetings at the same time with multiple people in a room with all conversation data logged and saved
• Unique meeting room urls generated with password protection
• Front facing website for users to pay and sign up
• Security layer to access unique meeting link
• Automated follow-ups for mediation time

Questions / Unknowns

• How exactly does Elerion function? Need detailed as much as possible
• What ai model are we for sure going to use?
• How do we get the data needed to “fine-tune” a model
• What TTS and STT service are we going to move forward with? What matters more, quality response or time to response? important for determing what services we use
• How do we add a semantic search layer in between, what is it used for, is it necessary to improve answers? Can we pass less information to GPT if using semantic search?
• How do we store conversation history in real time in a single messages object to generate responses? What does the response format look like knowing we will have multiple people talking at the same time? Only one room at a time is listened to?

Pre Mediation

Purchase Elerion Mediation - Step 1:

1. On Elerion.ai website scheduling page:
1. Header: "Schedule your AI-Powered Mediation Session with Elerion"
2. Instructions: "Please provide some details about your dispute and your preferred mediation dates/times. Elerion will review availability and contact all parties to confirm a mediation session. Mediation fees are $49/hour."
3. Fields to enter: Nature of dispute (drop down options), Parties involved (text field), Preferred dates, Preferred time range
4. Button: "Check Elerion's Availability" (Connect to Calendly)

2. Either from an email or Calendly link, Elerion.ai needs to propose mediation dates/times: Subject: "Proposed Mediation Session Dates from Elerion" Message: "Hello there, My name is Elerion. Thank you for requesting an AI-powered mediation session with me. I have reviewed the availability and preferences for all parties and propose the following options: [List 2-3 options with dates/times] Please visit Elerion.ai to select your preferred date and time. Elerion will then confirm all the final details and send instructions to join a video call for your mediation session. Let me know if you have any other questions!"

3. In the request from Elerion.ai for other party contact info email: Subject: "Provide Contact Information for Other Mediation Parties to Schedule with Elerion" Message: "To schedule the additional parties for your desired mediation date/time, please provide their contact information including email addresses and phone numbers (if available):" [Form to enter details for multiple parties]

4. In the email to other parties from Elerion.ai with mediation details: Subject: "You Have Been Scheduled for an AI Mediation Session with Elerion" Message: "You have been requested by [Party A name] to participate in an AI-powered mediation session regarding [brief dispute summary]. The proposed date/time for this session with Elerion is: [details]. Please confirm your ability to join at this date/time by logging into Elerion.ai. The mediation fee is $49/hour; payment will be due at the end of the session."

5. In the confirmation email from Elerion.ai with video call instructions: Subject: "Your Mediation Session with Elerion is Confirmed!" Message: "Thank you for confirming your participation in the AI mediation session on [date] at [time]. After Mediation

• Elerion will draft an agreement at the end of the process that will contain the basic agreement among the parties.
• Elerion will send that agreement to both parties for electronic signature.
• Elerion will then explain how the parties are to file the document with the court (assuming the parties are not represented by legal counsel).
