We are thrilled to announce the upcoming release of OWC Client CRM Version 2.0! This major update brings a simplified and more intuitive user interface, designed to streamline action management for our clients. With this upgrade, managing leads and onboarding processes will be easier and more efficient, thanks to an organized and user-friendly layout. In addition to the enhanced action management features, Version 2 introduces the ability for clients to send mass texts directly from the platform. This new functionality empowers businesses to communicate efficiently with their customers, keeping them informed and engaged.

Envisioned Flow
- Land on a view that shows all of their triggers
- each trigger has a summary of the sequences that are running of off it
- can add new triggers
- They select a trigger to edit
- On a trigger view they see all sequences and can add a new
- Can add conditional sequences, maybe alway shave a default?
- Each sequence has their actions listed, can add new actions between each step
- Set the timing between each action

Notes for design:
- only want to do black and white with shades of gray. No colors
- Like the design of
folk - Real relationships. Winning deals.
- Really want it to be as simple as possible, the simpler the better
- I wan to have the actions and editing be in a narrative form. So what youâre editing is described as youâre going to edit it

List of all sequences associated to a trigger. By default each sequence covers half the row width. If only 1 the other half contains an add sequence content. If 2 then the add sqeuence button shows next to the trigger name. If more than 2 than a slider to scroll horizontal shows. Sequence content:
sequence name (can be edited)
set conditions on when the sequence runs
delete sequence
list of actions associated to the sequence
each action in a sequence has itâs details displayed
inbetween each action is an icon to add an action between
click to edit an action in the sequence, fields that can be edited:
set delay for the action from previous action
action type: email, text, task
ai generated: only shows if email or text
action content: conditional based on the type
