Goals To Complete
- Clients can easily submit multiple applications for multiple locations and manage their submission, easily add new locations
- Form broken up into 3-5 cohesive steps
- Users can start and continue later, onboarding form exists in the portal
- automated emails to complete steps that link back to the portal
Steps To Complete
- Confirm New App Sections outline
- Plan storing of data and marking of steps completed in client sheet
- Make sure aguard reps can easily access info, use portal to view client info?
- Keep in mind keeping track of every step in a metrics report and breaking it down by client data
- Confirm form software used
- Need ability for clients to easily “add” a location which duplicates all the forms for them to submit
- Rough outline of new UX / UI, make it look more like software, similar to RRG
- Keep in mind the project to redesign ux / ui to include persuasive materical
- Create new forms
- Code changes to the portal
- Update automations as needed
