What are the problems we hope to solve with this project?

  • We do not have enough information about previous clients as they never accessed the portal before or provided their profile details.
  • To obtain their profile details, we need to share portal access with previous clients. However, we should ensure that they do not see the same steps as new users when signing up with LBR.

What goals should be created to solve the problems?

  • Create a separate sign-up page for previous clients and send it to them via email.
  • Users who sign up with this email will only see the Steps to Engage section of the portal and provide profile information.

Deliverables

The portal should be accessible to both previous and current clients. Current clients should be able to continue their account creation process, while both previous and current clients can engage with other resources and fill in their profile information.

  • (1.5 hour) Create a new sign-up page and add the existing sign up form to it
  • (1 hour) Update the current sign up form to accept a hidden key that will help us diferentiate beetween current and previous users in the automation
  • (1.5 hour) Update the current zap to use either current time or a time in the past, eg: Year 2020, based on the type of client, for the “Date Started” column
  • (1 hour) Update the portal to show only “Steps to Engage” section when “Date Started” column has a date from Year 2020
