39 new leads and 13 customers used the software and automations we built to get started with LenBuschRoses.

We’ve automated almost all tasks required to onboard except the e-sign process. We highly recommend a project to automate allowing users to e-sign by moving to a new software like SignNow which we use for other clients.

Overall, there are no changes to this metric. However, we recommend introducing open-ended questions at the beginning of the onboarding process to learn more about what a lead wants.
Additionally, we recommend adding a close ended to disqualify leads immediately if they don't fit the target criteria.

- I first wanted to know if you even deliver to our area?? I called just to have that simple question answered before going through all of this. If anything is missing on this application I will finish it once I know yes you will deliver to our area.
- Explain the trade references section… I didn’t fully understand what was intended for that section. I also have not been asked that question before from a wholesaler. Otherwise great platform!
- Maybe some direction on what to do when you have a new business and no previously established business accounts.
- I found it kind of difficult to get signed up on your website. I already did this process twice from my cell phone, but it must require to be done on an actual computer?

- We updated all the plugins and themes that had any security updates available
