We are very excited to go live with the upgraded Zarah bot that will fully revolutionize the lead intake process for Hepworth Legal.

Completed Zarah Upgrade Project
We’ve successfully gone live with the Zarah Upgrade project! She is now able to:
- Handle consultation persuasion
- Notify Hepworth team of leads that request a call or are frustrated
- Direct leads to schedule a consult with record tracking
- Provide persuasive, conversational responses
We integrated automated Follow-ups into the new Botpress app utilizing their webhook functionality.
We’ve have stopped logging all time associated to the Zarah Upgrade Project that wasn’t already added. We’ve done over 20 hours of un-logged work but ultimately Zarah has gone live with the new format. She is successfully notifying Hepworth CSM
Not setup yet
We have not yet documented the automation setup for Hepworth Legal. Quality assurance cannot be implemented until this is done. We recommend allocating some time this month to document the setup, so we can perform quality assurance checks.
