We had a very busy month working for Hepworth Legal. We integrated Clio with Airtable, which enables leads to be automatically tied to a Clio Manage contact to pull and summarize billing history. We also audited the follow-up process and uncovered some fundamental issues with the lead intake system, which we addressed. Finally, we started revamping the metrics reporting to focus on actionable and reliable data.
Next month, we are looking forward to finishing the metrics reporting revamp. We will create actionable, simplified reports that allow Hepworth management to easily assess and digest what to do with the data we now have accessible. We will also start integrating an omni-channel communication software product to fully tie together the lead system.

We have not yet documented the automation setup for Hepworth Legal. Quality assurance cannot be implemented until this is done. We recommend allocating some time this month to document the setup, so we can perform quality assurance checks.
