More positive reviews are starting to come through. Only recommendation currently is to introduce parallel campaigns and actions in Airtable in order to run a long term campaign for people to leave consultation feedback.

- We spent 30 minutes with someone and left with nothing. She spent half the time going through our paper work to see what the sentencing was. When we would correct something she said she would have to go back and try and find it again. It was a waste of $250 and our time. Left with the advice to call the court and see he was off probation.
- The lawyer we spoke with was very nice, but wasn’t able to give us the details on what we should do going forward without paying the retainer fee. We thought the fee was too high.
Consult satisfaction is down from the previous month, keep an eye on in the coming month and if down again take steps to improve.
40 (42.5 with Zarah work) total hours worked
+2.5 hours over retainer amount. We are contracted to provide 40 hours of work a month. In this time we achieved:
- Created dynamic pdf process for Hourly, Contingency, and Flat Fee retainers
- Launched new organic defamation landing page
- Created a new GPT defamation focused blog post process and updated the blog post template for better conversions
- Created Attorney Consultation Effectiveness Dashboard
- Researched Signnow To Replace Formstack
- Managed and updated Google Ads
Not setup yet
We have not yet documented the automation setup for Hepworth Legal. Quality assurance cannot be implemented until this is done. We recommend allocating some time this month to document the setup, so we can perform quality assurance checks.
