Weβve automated almost all tasks required to onboard except the e-sign process. We highly recommend a project to automate allowing users to e-sign by moving to a new software like SignNow which we use for other clients.

We noticed that the new business conversion rate has dropped from the previous month. We recommend examining this and brainstorming ways to improve it. Alternatively, we could monitor it next month to see if it recovers.
