Significant progress was also made on upgrading AGuard to Portal V2, with all existing pages migrated to a new plugin and several gravity forms added to Airtable.

  • No, I love this process!
  • Super easy. The AGuard team makes everything smooth and they go above and beyond.
  • 1 piece of constructive criticism - there were a ton of emails, and many seemed automated and duplicates.
  • Allow multiple email addresses for notifications.
  • The forms kept rejecting because I didn't enter the total the way it wanted it formatted or the way the state needed to appear. For example, I entered $1,715.00, which reflected the way the total premium was formatted on the form. Next, when I went to the payment form, it rejected my initial payment because I put Mississippi instead of MS. I wish the form would have prompted me how it wanted me to enter the information instead of making me have to start all the way over when it was submitted, or at the very least, when I clicked submit, prevent the submission and highlighting the form error with instructions on how to correct it before accepting the submission.
  • Emailed the application earlier because we were under a time constraint and my property manager was not responding in a timely manner.
  • You all are great and always have been. I have been with you for 11 years and we had one odd year where the communication sucked but that was such an anomaly it is no big deal.
  • You guys are always responsive and explain things very very well. Just keep doing what you are doing and you can always count on me for a referral if you need one.
  • Getting started is easy and Vaughn and the team are always prompt to help answer questions. The only feedback I have is that it would be nice if we could get the renewal quotes a little earlier. The one week turn around is just fast. But if that's the worst thing then it's not the end of the world either :)
