We found and fixed a lot of bugs with the portal and the automations we have setup for you. On top of that we moved all the renewal update actions into the portal for bettering tracking!

- Provide the actual policy before I'm asked to pay.
- Send the renewal forms sooner
- You could have started the renewal process a little sooner.
- Re-signing the new policy was a little last minute. Not sure if my email didn't get the renewal quote on time, but I remember seeing it about 4-5 days before the new policy was going to take affect. Reaching out sooner would have been better.
- It has always been a pleasure to work with AGuard. My policies are clear and easy to understand. Rates have been more than competitive and I get quick responses if/when I have questions.
