Last month we addressed the login issues that the renewing clients were encountering after filling out forms. Additionally, we rectified an automation error related to the "Last Tag Added" to ensure system accuracy. To optimize communication, we configured Gravity Form file uploads to send as a user-friendly list of clickable links in emails. We also diligently worked on and resolved the issues associated with the "Space Built" and "Building Constructed" questions. Responding to the new requirements, we integrated two new questions into the Operations form. We also tackled a pressing concern where certain clients faced difficulties creating new applications. Lastly, we addressed and fixed the inconsistency where the "Built Year" data wasn't updating correctly in the Property PDFs.

Other than one client that said logging in with passcode is cumbersome, every other client seem to like the portal and the customer service. But the difficulty to get started is still equal to none like last time.
