- Cliogrow workflows and campaigns can only be started in a matter, not a contact
- Can create a matter automatically with proper form flow
CRM missing featrues:
- no pipeline
- No in depth notes about the leads
- no automations, only availablef or missed calls, can tag calls base don certain things on call
- Can list all the communication with a lead in a single place
Email: Cliogrow can send and do campaigns, can do “workflows” which does more than send email
To figure out:
- Where do they send sms if they can send it from clio? Do they ave to login to cllarIL?
Rough outline:
- Clio has automated integration with callrail: Our integration posts Contacts and Communication records for inbound phone calls to your Clio Manage account. This allows you to see all your inbound calls, leads, and the marketing sources associated with those leads in your Clio Manage account.
- Setup all sms, forms, andcalls to login to cliogrow account. Use phone and email as id’s
- setup all input sources to auto add ot clio
