  1. Find most recent submission from Client Application - Start form entries
  2. Go to zap history for 1. New Portal - Get Started
  3. Using the search bar in Zap History paste the email and find the zap that ran
  4. Confirm no issues in zap, if errors then change status to Bug Found
    1. If any issues list them in the notion row and notify Eli
  5. Confirm that Clients - New Business row was updated with the appropriate
