In February, we completed several tasks for LBR, enhancing your systems and user experience. We integrated four new customer questions into the LBR customer application for a more comprehensive process. We addressed a debugging issue related to the e-sign field in the personal guarantee form. We also completed a few final tasks in order to migrate the portal to the new system.

- I am having a hard time getting a signature added on step two.
- Nothing stood out as difficult to understand or provide the information for!
- Add "non-profit" organization to the list of options
- The signature function on the personal Guarantee form is not working. I won't allow me to sign it. I tried to submit and the curser is spinning. Please advise.
- The signature portion on the Personal Guarantee Form does not work. Please find an easier way to fill out.

- Iβm not sure you service my area and I have asked a couple times with no response. I hope that Iβm not filling out these forms for no reason if you do not service my area.

- I cannot get past the auto signature.... I am trying to create an account and so far this is the 4th attempt and still cannot get through this.

- Little clickable tips/instructions on the questions with examples would have been great! i.e. what a Trade Reference is or how to fill out when no account number is used. However, personal assistance from Ray with the form was prompt and thorough and even better!
