More positive reviews are starting to come through. Only recommendation currently is to introduce parallel campaigns and actions in airtable in order to run a long term campaign for people to leave consultation feedback.

- I didnβt feel comfortable sharing info with the secretary. She was very nice. Iβm sure she was just doing her job as told so I donβt blame her.
Review the work required to implement a follow-up campaign
58.5 (44 without Zarah work) total hours worked
+18.5 hours over retainer amount. We are contracted to provide 40 hours of work a month. In this time we achieved:
- Revamped the leads interface for CSMs
- Made updates for new CSMs to easily learn and interact with lead interface based on Tamara suggestions
- Launched new defamation page with improved performance and conversion
- Created easy to review and use Google Ads Report with revenue vs cost
- Reduced time to leave google review with templated click to copy
Not setup yet
We have not yet documented the automation setup for Hepworth Legal. Quality assurance cannot be implemented until this is done. We recommend allocating some time this month to document the setup, so we can perform quality assurance checks.
