Summary of project outcome

A potential client will be able to complete the get started form on vernoninsurance.com and all information provided will be automatically logged into the Client Management sheet, a V.I. (Vernon Insurance) team member will be notified. If they select Tow, Auto Dealership, Bond, or Garage then they will be automatically redirected to the Customer Portal where they will be prompted to complete the full application. At any point they will be able to login to the Customer Portal using their phone or email as the login key, no password required, to complete their application or access other resources. Automated emails and texts will be sent out to the client to complete the application if they have not. Once the application is completed all the data will automatically log in the Client Management sheet for V.I. team to access and a V.I. team member will be notified. The V.I. team will be able to add quote and binding information to the Client Management sheet and the client will be able to login and view it in their customer portal indefinitely.

  • V.I. team will be able to have sms conversations with the client from their record
  • Daily task list showing only clients that V.I. team needs to take action on
  • Enable automated reminders, both emails and text messages to be sent on based on actions completed
  • Easy customization to V.I. client onboarding on-going

Integrate OWC Portal Authentication service with Vernon Insurance twilio and sendgrid accounts for security password delivery

  • Will also create the twilio and sendgrid accounts

Create new application process on site

  • Set it so that when someone completes the form on https://vernoninsuranceutah.com and they select Garage, Used Car Dealership, Tow Truck, or Bond that they are directed to the main form to complete the entire application
  • Create the 4 forms on the website with conditional fields, stylized for a high quality user experience
  • Click to see all forms

5 - 7 hours

Create new view in Portal to continue application allowing customers to login and continue their application

Create automated follow-ups to continue application until completed

Set all application data to log to airtable, associated to clients record

  • You can add quote to portal so they can login and easily access it and view it
  • Add the get started steps to the portal so the customer can see where they are in the process
