Get Started Revamp
Objective: To implement minimal yet effective changes to streamline the get started process and ensure proper data collection for future automations and optimizations.
Impact: This project will enable Klesk Metal Stamping Co. to enhance client interaction and data management with minimal initial changes, setting a strong foundation for advanced streamlining and optimization in the future.
Results
We’ve completed the get started revamp. This sets the stage for efficient optimization and automation of the get started process. As more leads go through the funnel we will now have the appropriate data and logging to make effective optimizations an automations. With management through the Clients sheet it guarantees no one slips through the cracks and a robust follow-up sequence is created.

- Make sure to change all buttons on site that say “Request A Quote” to “Speak To An Expert
- Data Collection Simplification: Redefine data fields to include only critical contact and business information, along with the client's project stage. This ensures ease of use for clients and efficient data capture.
- Centralized Data Listing: Utilize Google Sheets or Airtable for a centralized, manageable, and scalable data repository. This serves as a foundational platform for future automation and tracking enhancements.
