Automation Purpose
To generate SignNow documents based on info and state submitted by client
Automation How To Check
- Find most recent submission from form entries
- Using zapier link go to zap history and find using Unique ID or email find the zap that ran
- Confirm no issues in zap, if errors follow error reporting process
- Go to sheet and confirm columns updated as listed in Automation Actions
- Record automation check then follow spam check process

- Type: Gravity Form Submission
- Form: Tax Exempt Form Request
Automation Actions
- Notification to: rs@lenbuschroses.com, jeh@lenbuschroses.com
- Airtable:
- Completed Tax Exempt form column is marked as Yes
- Tax Exempt Submission is filled with direct link to the submission details
- Last Completed Action on is updated with current time
- A SignNow doc is generated from respective template and sent to the client based on the State they selected
