    • Addressing issues with duplicate entries in the daily action list:
    • Ensure that the system is designed to link new applications to existing client records to prevent duplication.
    • Implement a verification step that checks for existing entries before creating new records in the daily action list.
    • Regularly audit the daily action list for duplicates and establish a protocol for resolving any identified issues.
  • Create a visual diagram to explain the editing process
  • Add functionality to open driver information in a separate tab
  • Update pdf editing so that you can see the prefilled fields but not edit them
  • We will make sure Business Name is more prevalent
  • Confirm why prior carrier, policy year, etc show on drivers license input
  • Ability to assign team members to specific clients and filter daily action list to see only the clients you’re assigned to
  • Add 3rd followup when client completes get started form but does not complete the application

  • Simplified PDF Management – The new setup will allow for much easier updates and handling of client forms.
